Hope you had a wonderful week, full of writing successes big and small. To get you writing for another week I have another writing prompt for you today and it is the random words kind. You know, the one that lends itself very well to both poems as well as prose. Before I give you the list of random words, I would just like to invite you to sign up for my newsletter here, or through the link in the side bar. And now onto the words…

Random Words:

- Charcoal
- Money
- Above
- Miss
- Hammer
- Juice
- Sidewalk
- Hammock
- Banana
- Twilight

Instructions:

I’m sure most of you know how to use these prompts by now, but for those who are new to this site, the aim is to read the words and let them form a story or poem idea in your mind. It is not as elusive as it sounds, just read the list a few times and it will happen. And once it does, start writing and don’t stop for at least 30 minutes.

Stay creative!
